Take advantage of Cairne's +30%HP to Horde units to make Witch Doctor a bit beefier with a good frontline & support.

Talents aren't set in stone, could possibly have better optimization:
- Amplify Curse for more dmg instead of Spirit Ward.
-Frostfire Bolt to slow instead of Avarice for Ogre Magi.
-Earthwall Totem for tower HP restore instead of Earth Shield on Frostwolf Shaman
Another possible substitution to keep in mind could be to swap Magi for the spell of your choice. Execute would give you a way to bloodlust any units you wanted, Chain Lightning to give yourself a cheap stun (with the talent), or the always handy Blizzard.
Just a few examples of minor modifications you could make for different impact. This build doesn't have many "swarm" units so you will want to make sure you drop your units in the order you want them to go down lane.
